Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping over $125 on all our products within Australia. Otherwise standard shipping is $9.95. Delivery status updates will be sent to your email address directly from Australia Post. We aim to get your products to you ASAP, but please note that after the packages leave us, that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We do not include a paper invoice inside your package, in case you are sending a gift. Your receipt will be emailed to you as soon as you purchase, for your own records.
What is your returns policy?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Rest assured we will always do what is best for our customers because we want you to be as excited by your purchases as we are!
All products are double checked before being posted but if damage does occur during transit, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of opening your package with photos of the damaged product. We will replace an item if it is damaged during transit with the same product.
We pack your goodies with the utmost care as we want it to arrive safe and sound. All our packing peanuts used in your packages are environmentally friendly and biodegradable! Simply pop them in the sink and run tap water over them to watch them vanish!
Feel confident that we offer refunds on any candle if your item may not be what you intended to purchase. If you change your mind you are welcome to return the product unused in its original condition. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on Essential Oil roller bottles.
Please note our returns policy for change of mind purchases is 14 days from the date of your payment.
